Refund policy

返品について（EU加盟国以外）
初期不良・弊社手違いのあった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡をいただいた上で返品を受けさせていただきます。返品に関しましては、以下の条件をご確認ください。
返品の条件
以下の場合のみ返品をお受けいたします。
・不良品の場合
・注文した商品と異なる品が届いた場合
その他、以下のような商品の返品についてはお受けできません。
・到着後7日以上経過した商品
・お客様の過失により破損した商品
・開封済み、使用されていた場合
・セール対象商品
返品にかかる送料の負担は、商品不備の場合を除きすべてお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。

Returns (Except EU countries*)
If there is an initial defect or a mistake by our company, we will accept the return after contacting us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please check the following terms and conditions for returns. 
Terms and conditions of return:
We will only accept returns in the following cases. 
・In case of defective products 
・ If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
In addition, we do not accept returns for the following products. 
・ Products that have been arrived for more than 7 days 
・ Products damaged due to customer negligence 
・ If it has been opened or used 
・ Items on sale

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returns, except in the case of defective products.
